Anukalana Yoga offers the perfect tools to deepen your yogic practice assisting your self growth and development of both physical, emotional and spiritual being, sharpening and balancing both your introvert and extrovert senses simultaneously through its various holistic diciplines including traditional yoga, tai-chi and qigong.
Anukalana is sanskrit for integration and refers to the process of the body and mind's developent of a complete integration of both body and mind during the practice that results in a vibrant rejuvenating experience of presence, relaxing and energising at the same time.
